Feedback and concerns

We welcome feedback from candidates, clients, contractors, suppliers and others who work with Cleverain.

If something has not met your expectations, please tell us what happened, when it occurred and what outcome you are seeking. Include your preferred contact details so we can respond.

You can contact either director. Where a concern involves a director, you may ask for it to be considered by the other director or an appropriate independent person.

How we respond

We will acknowledge your concern promptly, review it fairly and aim to provide a response within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will explain why and keep you informed. Shorter statutory response periods apply where required.

We handle information sensitively and share it only as needed to consider the matter or meet legal obligations. Anonymous feedback is welcome, although it may limit our ability to investigate or respond.
