Professional and fair representation
We assess candidates against the requirements of each opportunity, considering relevant experience, leadership capability and transferable skills.
We welcome people from different backgrounds, industries and career pathways. We will discuss opportunities honestly and will not misrepresent a role or promise an appointment.
No fees for finding work
Cleverain does not charge candidates for finding or attempting to find them work. Our recruitment fees are paid by our clients.
You do not need to purchase additional services to be considered for an opportunity, and you are free to decide which roles to pursue.
Confidentiality and permission
We obtain your written permission before disclosing your identity, CV or candidate details to a prospective employer.
We discuss reference checks with you before contacting referees and will not approach your current employer without your express permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how you can request access or corrections.
Staying informed
You can ask us about the progress of your application, why you have not been put forward for a role, or relevant placement documents we hold.
For Queensland work seekers, we provide the information required by the private employment agents code within seven days of a request.
Accessibility and adjustments
Please tell us if you need an alternative application format, assistance accessing information or an adjustment to an interview or assessment.
We will discuss reasonable adjustments with you and, where necessary and with your permission, the prospective employer.
